The Selection Process...
The Selection Process
In order for you to be accepted by us you have to go through a few steps; 

  • ​Application 
  •  Induction
  • Assessment
  • ​Contract Signing
After the Application
IMPORTANT: Once the Application is done we will review the application. All APPROVED Applicants will be invited to a FREE Model Induction before proceeding to the Model Assessment.  
MODEL APPLICATION
Every applicant we receive goes through a screening test. The applicant must do the application themselves. 

The reason why you cannot walk into our office and apply, or send your info over WhatsApp is that we need to confirm you can read and write, you have a valid email address and that you have access to the internet and very important understand what is expected from you. 

Everything in the industry is done in writing, and if a person cannot complete the application, they will never understand or be in a position to get a written Brief from our clients or us.
  • ​You must take the application serious.
  • ​You must make sure the information is accurate.
  • ​You must understand and complete it in English. 
MODEL ASSESSMENT
Why do we need to assess the applicants? It is one of the most important processes you can go through. 

Understand that not everyone is honest and some people get to apply and submit their information incorrectly, and that can cause you to lose out on castings. 

Just imagine if we accept on face value that you have completed your application correctly and we forward that to clients, you go for a job, and when you get there, they notice that something is wrong? We will instantly lose that client, and you will never be trusted. 

We take you through a process that takes time, we use professional people and equipment to verify and correct any incorrect information and at the same time do the following; 
  • ​Voice & Video Test
  • ​Polaroid Photos
  • ​Interview and discussion
We do that to make sure we can implement a proper plan of action in place to make sure your chances are 200% better landing a job.

MODEL APPLICATION
COST: FREE
 
This allows you access to basic information the Model Application plus Online Induction. 
You will need to complete and get your Assessment done at our offices in Sandton City, Jhb 
  • You Get The Application plus Induction.
  • On Approval You Will Be Contacted Where We Will Invite You For A Model Assessment At Our Offices In Sandton (Johannesburg)
  • ​You Will Pay for the Assessment The Full Price of R750,00 before the booking is confirmed. (R300 before and R450 on the day)
NOTE: If you  are 3 to 4 Hours from Johannesburg, we will expect you to see us at our offices in Sandton when we assess you.  Should you be further than 3 hours away from us, please consider the options below? The Silver Membership is Perfect for people who cannot travel to us. 
We have created this option for the sceptical, concerned applicants who find it hard to trust anyone. So you can apply, but you will not be given a preferential rate.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP
COST: R150 ONCE OFF
 
This allows you access to basic information and ONLY the Model Application. 
You will need to complete and get your Assessment done at our offices in Sandton City, Jhb.

  • Non Modelling Related work

BRONZE MEMBERSHIP
COST: R700.00 ONCE OFF

This allows you access to basic information and ONLY the Model Application. 
You will need to complete and get your Assessment done at our offices in Sandton City (Johannesburg).

SILVER MEMBERSHIP
Ideal for models living more than 4 hours away from Johannesburg
COST: R850.00 ONCE OFF

This allows you access to intermediate information and the Model Application & Online Assessment. You will need to complete and get your Assessment done online. You pay now R850.00 which will include your Online Assessment + 25% to 45% Discount on any other related services (See Services Page).

GOLD MEMBERSHIP
COST: R740,00 PER MONTH

This allows you access to advanced information and the Model Application & Online Assessment Including access to the online academy. You will need to complete and get your Assessment done at online. You pay R700 per month. 
It will include your tests and Certificate for each completed module.

RE-ASSESSMENTS (MONTH 8, 16, 23) 
It is vital that a model gets re-assessed every six to eight months to update their models' books. This way the client always has the latest details about you.

TEST SHOOT (FIRST 3 MONTHS)
The test shoot is one of the most important starting points, the test shoot is there to determine what type of model you are.  

VOICE AND VIDEO TESTS
Models get used for their abilities and looks, the voice and video test get sent to the clients to see who you are and what you sound like. 

PORTFOLIO SHOOTS
Every Model must have a proper, up-to-date portfolio art all times. it is your model CV after all.

CASTINGS AND JOB HUNTING + SYSTEMS
We have a digital Model Management System. It is an American system connected to all casting agencies around the world.

ONLINE MODEL ACADEMY (DIPLOMA)
Models who are looking to be competitive and have an advantage must be well educated. We offer a 2-year diploma course.
